Today's card is in honor of Chinese New Year which falls on January 31st. I made this for a good friend of mine. Both cuts are from the Silhouette store. I hope she likes it!

Today's post features a handmade card for my father in law. I found the Happy Birthday sentiment in the silhouette store and used a die cut from My Creative Time for the brown frame.

Hello! Today's card is one that I made for some friends who have just recently become engaged. I wanted to send them a card and was able to find the hot air balloon image in the silhouette store which fit the theme perfectly. I used Jaded Blossoms Simple Sayings 2 set for the inside sentiment.

Welcome 2014!

One of my New Year resolutions this year is to focus more on my card making. I love when I'm able to pull out a card for any occasion rather than having to go out and buy one. Since birthdays top the list of card giving days, I've decided to start this years post with a few cards I came up with recently.

I used Jaded Blossoms Sweet Birthday Wishes and Hey Cupcake! stamp sets as well as some paper from their 6x6 paper pad from Simple Stories that they offer on their site. The cupcake paper is from my local Michaels collection.
